This site covers everything you need to get your Technics SL1200 & SL1210 turntables working like new. Whether you prefer to get them done professionally or if you are competent to carry out your own repairs, this site is your one stop shop.
The Service page is where you will find all the information on whats carried out, so you can look at booking your turntables in to be serviced and repaired professionally by a qualified engineer with a fast turnaround (even same day by appointment). This will increase the value of your turntables being iconic items especially if you choose to keep them original. The Parts Shop is where you can order parts online. And then theres the Tech Info page with various bits of information about these turntables.
Note that this page only covers the SL1200 & SL1210 types of Technics turntables used in the music industry. For advice on other Technics products you will need to contact your nearest Panasonic service centre.
I have been working as both an electrical and electronic engineer since 1990 where I completed a full indentured apprenticeship. Having worked on and managed on a vast range of projects, I have gained a lot of experience and tacit knowledge in both electrical and electronic engineering. I have also since gained recognition with the Institute of Engineering & Technology, and the UK Engineering Council. Having been a DJ since 1987 I can certainly vouch for these turntables. Feel free to check my DJ site www.richie-t.com
